We are Spirit-driven and strategy-supported. Through prayer we are seeking and through strategy we are stewarding an outpouring of God’s Spirit.

Jesus is our first love and our family is our first ministry. Our work never comes before these.

We value laughter and humor. When we stop having fun we will stop to ask “Why?” and rediscover the joy in our work.

Trust Is An Action, Not A Feeling.

When gaps are created we fill them with trust instead of suspicion. Crucial conversations and consistent feedback are how we show up for one another with love.
